Ukrainian David Sibilevych is the latest piece added to the Ladin roster. Born in Donetsk, he will turn 23 on 8 October and is the Falcons' third foreign player. "Sibi", standing 192cm tall and weighing 90kg, made his youth debut at Donbass Donetsk and is a right-handed player with plenty of talent. Focused on the ice, professional and never one to give up, well-organised and a hard worker along the boards. Off the ice, he is considered an outgoing lad who wins people over with his friendliness and the way he fits in with the group.

In Italy, he has an interesting history from his two years at Chiavenna, with whom he won the category title in 2024/25, playing alongside fellow countryman Alexei Mikhnov (brother of our own Andriy). Last season, his team reached the final with him, where they were beaten by HC Pustertal Junior Selection, who they will meet again in the IHL. He arrived in Val di Fassa back in July and says he has settled in very well and found it easy to adapt, helped in part by Andriy, who has gradually helped him find his feet in the Fassa environment. In the pre-season matches, he has shown steady progress in settling into the Ladin squad, adapting to coach Ambrosi's tactical and technical approach.

Welcome, David!
